I know you’re not new to the game of personal evolution, and I also know that shifting the things that crop up as you work toward your goals can be tough, really tough.
I know what it’s like to feel like your feet are stuck in the mud, your head in a fog, while you’re navigating yet another crossroads…life never seems to STOP long enough for us to find our bearings.
Crunchy. Frustrating. Confusing.
I’m here to tell you that, as rough as the road may be, at least you don’t have to do it alone.
Once a month there’s a place you can enter a container for journeying souls, dedicated to their heart’s work, where we each get some time to share ideas, deeply contemplate, and clear a path toward our intentions.
Shift It! events are a place to go deep into your interior to learn more about what makes you tick, to uncover clues about your true nature, to address what’s emerging, and what wants to change…
Each session is loosely themed, and we’ll spend a bit of time at the top of the hour discussing what’s up for each of us around this topic. Then we’ll dive into a journey to our own inner source of Wisdom to explore deeper aspects of the concept in question.
We’ll regroup to share what came up in the process, and then, through an energetic Reclaiming, we’ll digest what’s in the way of our intentions and integrate what we learned.
Finally, we’ll drop in again to discern what next steps are required to harness the life force of the work we’ve done.
Come in with an intention, and with some focus and attention, we’ll clear the brambles to help you move through.
This month, in the winter of the year, we’ll be exploring PATIENCE.
Patience is a concept that I often meet with resistance and frustration, and a little childlike guilt. We often ask the heavens for more of it, but are affronted by the notion that patience actually takes practice.
Where do you sit with patience?
Come rest in company and learn what your soul has to teach you about it, and maybe shift what’s in the way of Patience’s gift.
Bring an intention and journal to capture what you discover.
