It is the way to achieve all you want.

And happiness is not an accident.  It is created by a set of habits that you nourish and cultivate.  It a series of choices you make.  This course lays this out,  and shows you how to make the Habits of Happiness an automatic choice you make.  Weekly lessons laying out the path to a happier you.  And a happier you is a more successful you, whether that is at work, at home, or in your personal, inner life.  And it’s fun!
