We’re a community in the sense that we work together for ourselves, for each other, and for the industry as a whole; for the greater good.

We meet online live twice a month (more if you’re a holistic success member)to really connect. Get business support in the forums and social media groups. We will occasionally host in-person events (pre and post covid); and this will happen more often as we grow.

One of our members said, the HW Community “feels like home” and another said, “there’s just something special about this group”.

Click on “Add your Events” in the drop down “Events” menu while signed in (for Holistic Success Members only).

Please title your event using this format- “City, State: Event Title” or “Online: Event Title” depending on if your event is in-person or virtual.

After it’s created you can edit and delete as needed.

We don’t do featured/spotlight practitioners on the website, but instead help Holistic Success Members get more visibility on Social Media through spotlight posts, and as guests on Ambers Podcast, The Dragonfly Connection.

Never! You will never be hounded by pesky sales people trying to get you to upgrade or pay more for anything.

What happens if someone leaves a fake review or just outright slanders me/my business?2020-10-14T05:36:35-07:00

Review monitoring is only available to Holistic Success Members.

Slanderous reviews won’t make it past our review monitoring. If you feel that one has slipped by, contact us immediately to have it removed.

If you’re a Holistic Success Member and you know a review is fake (disgruntled employee, angry patient, ex-whatever, etc.) contact us via your practitioner dashboard and we will help you dispute the review by researching the source. When/if it’s proven to be a fake it will be removed permanently. If after contacting the reviewer and they are able to prove they were really a legitimate client/patient, we will publish our research findings, along with a conclusion attached to the review. You can always publicly respond to reviews.

Do I have to sign a contract?2020-10-14T04:41:03-07:00

No. A free listing is free and in our directory until you tell us to take it out. For our paid services, it’s a month-month subscription and you can cancel at anytime*, no questions asked.

* Monthly SEO+ listing or membership fee cannot be prorated or refunded in any amount.

I signed up and filled out my profile. What happens next?2020-10-14T04:48:48-07:00

Congrats! You’re on your way to being part of something awesome! For all listings, you’re profile will first be reviewed to make sure you and your practice are legit. That can take up to 72 hours. If we have any questions, we’ll email you. Otherwise you’ll receive a confirmation email with your personal URL to share with your clients/patients (so they can go directly to your profile to leave a review) and a link to join our Private Facebook Group.

If you aren’t actually a wellness professional who sees clients/patients one-one or in groups (ie:product sales only), or any other business that doesn’t belong in our directory; you may not hear from us-we’ll just delete your profile and login.

For Holistic Success Memberships, after payment is confirmed you’ll have immediate access to all the exclusive member perks, and will receive an invite to our private Mighty Networks group soon after.

Not at this time. You can list them on your clinic profile, and they can also sign up and have their own profile if they choose.

I work at a clinic, and the clinics patients leave reviews for me. When I leave the clinic can I transfer those reviews to another clinics page or my own private practice page?2017-04-14T22:49:38-07:00

Not at this time. Each review posted belongs to the profile it was published under.

How do I submit a blog?2020-10-14T04:55:14-07:00

This is a service reserved for Holistic Success Members only:

Make sure you are logged into your account first and read the blog post guidelines. Go to “Submit a blog” from the Practitioner Dashboard. Note that this link will only appear if your membership dues are up to date.

HealingWaze will review the entry and approve or reject it. We will also tweak it a little to prevent duplicate blog posts which can hurt your website and our websites search rankings. The entire process may take up to 4 weeks. We will make some spelling, grammar and readability edits; but if it contains too many errors, we will let you know and ask that you fix it before resubmitting.

Blogs are the property of you, the author, and can be asked to be taken off our site at any time at your request. HealingWaze reserves the right to deny blog entries, and remove them at any time. Please read copyright information in Terms of Use.

Yes, if you’re a Holistic Success Member it can be found in the edit your profile section. You can enter any text you want (ie: Mention HealingWaze to get $20 off your first session). This can be changed or updated at any time.

Yes, you can link it to a website, an online scheduling service, and all major social media platforms.

We would suggest using the address of the nearest US Post Office near your main area of business. Visit https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction!input.action to find one.

How do I pay the SEO+ Listing or Holistic Success membership fee?2020-10-14T04:59:48-07:00

You’ll need a debit, credit, or PayPal account. You’ll be billed automatically every month until you cancel.

Log in and change/update whatever you want, whenever you want in your practitioner dashboard. Use the contact form if you need to change your businesses URL (in the case of changing your business name) or if you have any other questions.

Please use the contact form in your practitioner dashboard. The part that can be customized is the portion that’s been auto-generated from your practice name.


How do I cancel my membership?2020-10-14T05:03:17-07:00

Go to Account Info on your dashboard, and select cancel my membership. For paid listings and memberships there are no refunds given so if you choose to cancel less than 24 hours before the start of a new billing cycle, you will be billed for that month-giving you one more month of paid benefits.

My healing practice is part of a franchise or MLM, can I create a profile?2020-10-14T05:04:30-07:00

Yes, if you are a practitioner who sees clients/patients in person or online, and you sell an MLM product.

No, if you just sell MLM products or your practice is part of a franchise.
