We’re a community in the sense that we work together for ourselves, for each other, and for the industry as a whole; for the greater good.

We meet online live once a week to really connect, we support and coach each other in the forum and facebook group, and we encourage in-person meeting among members. We will occasionally host in-person events; and this will happen more often as we grow.

We have several in-person member only retreat events planned.  We do other virtual events, and host group challenges to help each other grow as people, practitioners and business owners.

One of our members said, the HW Community “feels like home” and another said, “there’s just something special about this group”.

Click on “Add your Events” in the drop down “Events” menu while signed in.

Please title your event using this format- “City, State: Event Title” or “Online: Event Title” depending on if your event is in-person or virtual.

After it’s created you can edit and delete as needed.

Yes, there is a membership fee. This covers the cost of running the site and the member benefits, plus donations to various non-profits.

We could make this a free directory by cluttering HealingWaze with Ads, but that will take away from the sites beauty and cause confusion for our users (your potential clients and patients). Nobody wants that!

We don’t do featured/spotlight practitioners, because we believe every member should get the same shot/opportunity for equal exposure; no matter your income level.

Never! You will never be hounded by pesky sales people trying to get you to upgrade or pay more for anything. Everyone pays the same and gets all the same benefits. Equal advertising rights for all!

What happens if someone leaves a fake review or just outright slanders me/my business?2017-04-14T22:47:05-07:00

First of all, slanderous reviews won’t make it past our review verification. If you feel that one has slipped by, contact us immediately to have it removed.

For reviews you know are fake (disgruntled employee, angry patient, ex-whatever, etc.) contact us and we will help you dispute the review by researching the source and when it’s proven to be a fake it will be removed permanently. If after contacting the reviewer and they are able to prove they were really a legitimate patient, we will publish our research findings, along with a conclusion attached to the review.

No. It’s a month-month subscription and you can cancel at anytime*, no questions asked.

* Monthly membership fee cannot be prorated or refunded in any amount.

Congrats! You’re on your way to being part of something awesome! After payment is confirmed you’ll have immediate access to the members-only practitioner forum. If you sign up Sun.-Thu. you’ll see your profile live within 24 hours (48 if on a Fri. or Sat.). You’ll then receive an email with your personal URL to share with your patients (so they can go directly to your profile to leave a review).

Soon after you’ll get an invite to join our private Facebook group (HW Community), or you can request to join as soon as you submit your profile. Cut and paste this link into your browser. https://www.facebook.com/groups/HWcommunity/

Not at this time. You can list them on your clinic profile, and they can subscribe and have their own profile if they choose.

I work at a clinic, and the clinics patients leave reviews for me. When I leave the clinic can I transfer those reviews to another clinics page or my own private practice page?2017-04-14T22:49:38-07:00

Not at this time. Each review posted belongs to the profile it was published under.

How do I submit a blog?2018-04-13T11:41:53-07:00

Make sure to read the blog post (“Healthy Living Blog”) guidelines and you are logged into your account first. Go to “Submit a blog” from the Practitioner Dashboard. Note that this link will only appear if your membership dues are up to date.

HealingWaze will review the entry and approve or reject it. The entire process may take up to 4 weeks. Blogs are the property of you, the author and can be asked to be taken off our site at any time at your request. HealingWaze reserves the right to deny blog entries, and remove them at any time. Please read copyright information in Terms of Use.

Yes, in the profile section. You can enter any text you want (ie: Mention HealingWaze to get $20 off your first session). This can be changed or updated at any time.

Yes, you can link it to a website, an online scheduling service, and all major social media platforms.

We would suggest using the address of the nearest US Post Office near your main area of business. Visit https://tools.usps.com/go/POLocatorAction!input.action to find one.

How do I pay the membership fee?2017-04-14T22:53:20-07:00

You’ll need a debit, credit, or PayPal account. You’ll be billed automatically every month until you cancel.

Log in and change/update whatever you want, whenever you want. Email us if you need to change your businesses URL (in the case of changing your business name) or if you have any other questions AccountServices@HealingWaze.com.




How do I change my listing’s URL?2018-04-13T11:45:00-07:00

Please contact us from the email address with which you register, and clearly identify what your HealingWaze URL is now and what you would like it to be. The part that can be customized is the portion that’s been auto-generated from your practice name.


How do I cancel my membership?2019-02-01T09:29:29-08:00

Go to Account Info on your dashboard, and select cancel my membership. There are no refunds given so if you choose to cancel less than 24 hours before the start of a new billing cycle, you will be billed for that month-giving you one more month of membership benefits.

My healing practice is part of a franchise or MLM, can I create a profile?2018-04-13T11:46:51-07:00

Yes, if you are a practitioner who sees clients/patients in person or online, and you sell an MLM product.

No, if you just sell MLM products or your practice is part of a franchise.

We appreciate your interest and love of alternative healing, but at HealingWaze our goal is to help small businesses, with small budgets, get noticed. Best of luck to you and your business ventures.
